On Jul. 9, Conference Chair - Prof. Sheng-Uei Guan from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China made welcome address. And Prof. Gaige Wang from Ocean University of China, China served as host of the keynote session.
会议于7月9日上午在线上开幕。会议伊始,大会主席,西交利物浦大学关盛威授致开幕辞,代表大会组委会成员对学者们的出席表示热烈欢迎,对委员会成员的辛勤工作表示感谢,并宣布会议开幕。接着,大会组织主席中国海洋大学王改革教授主持大会主旨报告会场。
