On Jul. 9, Conference Chair - Prof. Sheng-Uei Guan from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China made welcome address. And Prof. Gaige Wang from Ocean University of China, China served as host of the keynote session.


On keynote speeches session, Prof. Xin Yao (IEEE Fellow), Dr. Yutao Yue, Prof. Jianqiang Li and Prof. Hai-ning Liang etc delivered excellent speeches.
